Demas’s Pita Chips began life in 2017, the brainchild of two friends who are incredibly passionate about snacks and food. They weren't looking to solve a snack-related problem or find a gap in the market, they simply had an idea for a tasty snack and wanted to share it with the world!

Why complicate things? We use simple ingredients when making our pita chips: just flour, water and salt, with natural flavorings and herbs to make them extra tasty.
The pita bread recipe we use has stood the test of time for a reason, so we respect that when making Demas’s Pita Chips. By following this recipe and the traditional two-step baking process, we preserve the mild flavor of the bread while keeping it light and crisp.
